We do not ship physical items. All of our products are delivered electronically.

After completing your purchase, you will receive your product through an email confirmation containing your download link or access instructions.

3. Processing Time

In most cases, delivery is immediate.

If there are any delays (such as payment verification issues), access will be provided within 24 hours of purchase.

4. Email Accuracy

Please ensure that the email address you provide at checkout is correct, as all digital product access details are delivered to that email.

• Our checkout system may request a “billing” or “shipping” address due to Shopify’s default template. Please note that these details are not required for delivery.
• Your email address is the only information necessary to access your digital purchase.

5. Troubleshooting Delivery

If you do not receive your digital product within 24 hours:

• Check your spam or junk folder in case the email was filtered.
• Verify that the email address on your order is correct.

6. No Shipping Fees

Since all our products are digital, no shipping fees apply.
