REFUND POLICY

At Prime Quality of Life, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital products designed to support your journey toward a fulfilling and joyful life. Because our products are delivered electronically and are non-tangible items, we maintain a strict no-refund and no-return policy.


1. All Sales Are Final


Once a digital product has been purchased and delivered, the sale is final.


We do not issue refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Accidental purchase of the wrong product
  • Lack of usage or application of the product


2. Limited Exceptions


Refunds may only be granted in the following rare cases:

  • Duplicate Purchase – If you were charged more than once for the same product in error.
  • Technical Issues – If you did not receive your product due to a system error on our end and we are unable to provide a working download or access link.


If either of these situations applies, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at info@primequalityoflife.com with your order details and proof of purchase.


3. Access or Delivery Issues


If you experience difficulties downloading, opening, or accessing your digital product:

  • Check your spam/junk folder in case the confirmation email was filtered.
  • Verify that the email address provided at checkout is correct.
  • Contact us at info@primequalityoflife.com, and we will promptly assist you to ensure you receive your purchase.


⚠ Note on Checkout:

  • Our system may request a “billing” or “shipping” address due to Shopify’s default template. Please note this is not required for delivery.
  • Your email address is the only information needed to access your digital product.


4. No Physical Returns


As all of our products are digital, no physical items will be shipped, and no returns of physical goods will be accepted.
